I am delighted to be Associate Artist for Made With Many 2019-2022 as I share many of their values including a love of co-creating rich and creative arts activities with the community.

Made With Many is part of a national Creative People & Places (CPP) network, funded by Arts Council England to increase engagement in the arts in areas where people have fewer opportunities to get involved. It:

produces events and activities designed to surprise, delight and inspire
encourages more people than ever before to take the lead in experiencing, creating and taking part in high-quality arts and cultural activities.
puts the community at the heart of commissioning artists and producing new and exciting events.

You can read more about their vision here. In 2019 I ran sessions at award winning children centre Pen Green Centre and with Eden Park; supported housing provision for parents aged 16-24, including single parent families.

Each session has involved bringing materials and ideas that the children then develop themselves in their own unique ways. Have a look at the slide show below to see some of the creative way children have expressed who they are how they see the world.
